03
Messaging and communication integrity
Users must not send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful marketing, caller-ID spoofing, or communications that ignore consent, opt-out, quiet-hour, template, or suppression requirements. Automated identity must be disclosed where required.
04

06
Misrepresentation and deception
Do not impersonate people or organizations, fabricate endorsements, conceal commercial intent, or present generated content as verified professional advice. Synthetic voice and media must be handled with appropriate consent and disclosure.
07
