Connect the store and verify permissions
Use your permanent myshopify.com origin, an Admin API token with the required product, inventory and order access, and the app signing secret. Protected customer data and abandoned checkout access require the appropriate permissions. A connection becomes connected only after a successful sync. Credentials stay encrypted on the server.
Turn current store records into a useful next step
Map imported customer identities to the correct workspace conversation and record permission for the intended channel and purpose. Create recovery or replenishment journeys with approval controls and limits. Before a follow-up is sent, the source state is checked again so a paid or closed purchase does not receive an obsolete demand.
Understand source coverage before enabling recovery
Sync uses bounded pagination batches and persists cursors for subsequent runs. Signed order webhooks retrieve current store state, and refunds update measurement data. Imported product variants are available to the existing ConveRact catalog and AI product conversations. Test orders remain outside revenue experiments.
