Choose the destination and event scope
Set up the supported events and endpoint using the webhook configuration screen. Keep the destination controlled by your organization and follow the documented signing and delivery contract. A custom API connector does not automatically subscribe to vendor events.
Distinguish incoming and outgoing events
Commerce and payment providers use their existing provider-specific incoming webhook routes. The hub does not expose an unauthenticated universal incoming webhook that can execute arbitrary actions. Integrating another provider�s events requires an authenticated, validated event mapping.
