Connect the store and verify permissions
Create an authorized WooCommerce REST key and enter the consumer key and secret in the store connection. Configure signed order and product webhooks. Saving credentials does not prove the store is connected: sync the catalog and review the actual result. Unknown stock is not treated as available inventory.
Turn current store records into a useful next step
Map imported customer identities to the correct workspace conversation and record permission for the intended channel and purpose. Create recovery or replenishment journeys with approval controls and limits. Before a follow-up is sent, the source state is checked again so a paid or closed purchase does not receive an obsolete demand.
Understand source coverage before enabling recovery
Standard WooCommerce order APIs do not contain abandoned checkout sessions. The included companion plugin captures classic checkout sessions after the shopper permits storage and provides expiring cart restoration links. Checkout Blocks are not captured by this plugin version. Cart restoration uses current store prices and checks availability.

No. Configure the required account permissions and complete a successful sync. Access and record coverage depend on the provider and account.
