Connect eligible Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages to ConveRact. Keep each account’s conversations and credentials scoped to its workspace, with relevant business information behind the response.
What needs to be configured or built
Select the channel, grant required permissions, and validate webhook subscriptions. Public access can require app review and live-mode eligibility. A test-user conversation does not establish production access for every customer.
