Connect individual pages and documents
Configure a public website page, Google document, Notion page or Confluence Cloud page. Provider sources need a scoped read credential and the document or page identifier. Google Docs uses plain-text export; Notion follows paginated child blocks and nested text; Confluence reads current page storage text. PDF and DOCX imports remain available through the existing Knowledge workspace.
Review updates before changing answers
Run a manual sync or enable hourly synchronization. New text is staged while the previously approved version remains available. Review the extracted content for missing context, images, tables or macros, then publish the exact staged version. A stale or changed review is rejected. Publication makes the text available to the tenant answering system; source document permissions are not automatically copied.
Withdraw content when access changes
Detected authorization failures or missing source responses withdraw the published source and clear staged text. Administrators can also withdraw a source manually, erase its token and stop scheduling. Access changes are detected on the next sync, so paused sources are not continuously checked. Folder discovery, live per-user access enforcement and automatic OAuth refresh require further integration work.

Yes. Sign in to configure the relevant sources, credentials and review controls. External workflows require provider-specific setup and validation.
