Turn customer conversations into accountable support cases
AI support ticketing needs a clear operational record when an answer alone cannot resolve the customer request. ConveRact connects support cases to the shared conversation so staff can investigate, assign responsibility and document what actually happened.

Capture the request and assign an owner
Create a support, delivery, return, exchange, refund or warranty case from a conversation in your workspace. Record a useful title, choose a priority and assign an active team member. The conversation remains linked so the owner can review the customer messages and perform the appropriate assistance through the existing inbox.
Track resolution against a recorded deadline
Choose a resolution SLA between one and 720 elapsed calendar hours. The queue reports open cases and missed deadlines; resolved cases retain the recorded resolution time and whether it missed the deadline. Reopening a ticket retains its original deadline. Business-hours calendars, first-response SLA clocks and automatic escalation are not included in this release.
Keep case state aligned with real outcomes
Resolving a case requires a written explanation. A return or refund case tracks customer work; it does not execute a store refund, cancel an order or authorize an exchange. Use a separately configured and approved provider workflow for external changes, then document the verified result. Administrators can include ticket creation in a reviewed visual workflow.
