Compare agent releases before publishing
ConveRact agent simulation helps teams test a reviewed configuration against their existing agent before changing customer-facing behavior. Scenario generation, paid execution and publishing remain separate actions with visible coverage and operational limits.

Generate a repeatable customer scenario matrix
Start with assertion-based business scenarios in Agent releases. Combine each seed with reviewed customer contexts and additional concerns. The supplied fifty contexts and twenty concerns produce one thousand distinct combinations per seed; the job limit is five thousand scenarios. Preview the generated examples without calling a model, then adjust combinations that do not reflect your customers. The matrix is deterministic rather than a claim of unlimited semantic diversity.
Compare baseline and candidate within a call budget
Each scenario sends one request to the baseline configuration and one to the candidate. Results track assertion failures, regressions and response latency. The worker reserves calls before execution, saves progress after each comparison and stops after a provider failure or runtime interruption. A maximum of one hundred result examples is retained while counts cover the processed set. No real refunds, orders or customer deliveries execute during these response tests.
Require fresh evidence before publishing
Administrators can require a minimum passing scenario count in addition to the existing release checks. A passing result expires after twenty-four hours and becomes stale when the baseline, relevant configuration, provider, catalog, knowledge or runtime changes. The minimum can only increase after it is enabled, while emergency rollback remains available. Literal assertions and generated context combinations complement human review; they do not certify semantic correctness or full voice behavior.
Questions about AI agent simulation
Is integration free?
ConveRact has no installation charge or one-time integration fee. Recurring subscriptions, usage, provider charges and custom development terms still apply.
Does this require a configured workspace?
Yes. Sign in to configure the relevant sources, credentials and review controls. External workflows require provider-specific setup and validation.
