Trace each operational step
A run records its requester, review decision, saved workflow version and completion state. Step traces show ticket creation, handoff, lead-stage updates, CRM synchronization and reusable API requests. Each trace reports success, failure or a skipped condition, plus its start time and measured elapsed latency. The latest run and trace records are available from the workspace.
Distinguish request acceptance from customer outcomes
A native CRM sync requires a confirmed record response. A generic API action reports HTTP acceptance and asks the operator to verify the business result in the destination. These distinctions prevent an accepted request from being presented as a verified refund, delivered order or recovered payment. Raw provider response bodies and credentials are excluded from trace records.
Inspect bounded runtime evidence
Agent Reliability adds nested spans for provider and agent routing, model calls, published knowledge retrieval, sales tools, outbound API requests and final chat responses. The workspace retains 100 traces with up to 80 spans each and 600 characters per redacted detail. Model usage is recorded when available. These diagnostics do not contain private model reasoning, provider-internal decisions or complete audio-stream telemetry. Review source conversations and the documented instrumentation coverage when investigating an incident.
