Find customer questions that need better company knowledge
A knowledge gap engine should show why a question needs attention and keep business policy under human control. ConveRact groups recorded customer questions, checks published retrieval coverage and provides a review queue linked to source conversations.

Prioritize repeated questions from real conversations
Choose a lookback of up to ninety days. The scan groups normalized customer questions and checks the five hundred most frequent distinct groups against currently published passages. The result reports how many messages and questions were considered, how many were checked and whether the selection was truncated. Question detection uses question marks and English question cues, so multilingual semantic coverage remains limited and should be reviewed.
Treat missing retrieval as a review signal
A question without a matching passage may indicate a missing policy, different wording, an answer available only in the catalog or context omitted from the scan. The engine does not claim that the assistant answered incorrectly merely because retrieval found nothing. Open the linked conversation, inspect the applicable source and dismiss questions that do not need another knowledge entry. The queue keeps observed counts and a clear reason for each potential gap.
Create verified drafts without inventing policy
An administrator can enter a verified answer and save it as an unpublished FAQ. The existing Knowledge review flow controls publication, so a scan cannot silently add an unsupported promise or policy to customer answers. Deleting a source conversation removes its dependent gap evidence. Up to five hundred potential gaps are retained. Use the queue together with governed source synchronization and conversation intelligence to decide which documentation changes deserve priority.
