Review conversation quality with source evidence
ConveRact AI contact center QA helps teams investigate a customer interaction with the evidence visible alongside the findings. Administrators request a review; staff can read the resulting report and open the original conversation to decide what needs attention.

Analyze a defined conversation sample
Each review selects up to 48 recent public messages from one conversation. Internal notes and system messages are excluded. The report shows how many messages were reviewed and the total public-message count. Obvious contact details and credential patterns are redacted before analysis, although this does not guarantee removal of every personal detail.
Check every finding against its source
Findings cover resolution quality, potential compliance concerns, missed sales and interaction quality. Each finding must reference message identifiers from the supplied sample or the report is rejected. A valid reference proves that the source was in the sample; it does not establish that the AI interpretation is correct. Review the full context before acting.
Use QA alongside operational monitoring
Existing conversation monitors can identify unanswered messages, waiting handoffs, recorded negative sentiment and selected phrases. Requested QA provides a separate interpretation of a selected interaction. This release does not automatically analyze every conversation, evaluate audio or certify legal compliance. It avoids unsupported numeric quality scores and keeps corrective actions under team control.
