Compose conditional steps visually
Create a named sequence with up to twelve steps. Add ticket creation, human handoff, a local lead-stage update, CRM synchronization or a reusable HTTPS API action. Each step can run always, on recorded negative sentiment, or on a recorded high-intent buying stage. Move and remove steps in the builder to match the procedure your team follows.
Review changes and approve execution
New workflows start paused. Editing creates a new version and pauses the workflow for review; old pending requests cannot approve a different version. Select a conversation to prepare a run, inspect its saved action list and record an approval or rejection. Approval executes the sequence. The same administrator may request and review a run, so mandatory separation of duties is not implied.
Investigate failures before another attempt
Every executed or skipped step records an outcome and elapsed time. Failure stops later steps while preserving earlier completed changes. API actions send an execution key, but the destination must support idempotency to use it. Interrupted runs are not automatically replayed. Event-triggered execution, arbitrary branching graphs, delayed jobs and response-to-step data bindings are outside the current builder.
Reuse integration actions as journey blocks
The Agent Reliability journey builder combines saved workflows and reusable API actions into a paused sequence. Workflow blocks are copied at their displayed version, and stale source versions are rejected on save. Administrators can reorder blocks, select supported conversation conditions and review the expanded steps before enabling execution. This reduces repeated setup for approved API actions. General loops, output bindings and delayed graph execution remain separate capabilities.
