Bring reviewed customer context into your CRM

AI CRM automation should preserve customer identity and make external writes visible. ConveRact lets administrators select a conversation and synchronize its recorded customer details through a native CRM adapter, with the same operation available inside an approved workflow.

Free integration. No installation charge or one-time ConveRact fee. Plan, usage, third-party, and custom development costs may apply.

Choose a supported CRM adapter

HubSpot synchronization creates or updates a contact using email. Zoho synchronization creates or updates a lead using email. Salesforce synchronization uses a unique external ID field on Lead, scoped to the workspace conversation. A valid email is required for HubSpot and Zoho; Salesforce also needs the recorded customer company.

Configure credentials and inspect confirmation

Enter the official provider API origin and a token with the required write permission. ConveRact encrypts the credential and does not return it in saved connection views. Saving a token creates a configured connection. A sync becomes confirmed only when the provider response indicates the expected record operation succeeded. Expired tokens and validation errors remain visible for review.

Plan the remaining revenue integration work

The native adapters map recorded name, email, phone and company information. Deal, opportunity, activity and task synchronization, automatic token refresh, field mapping editors and bidirectional background sync are not included. Teams needing those objects should define their workflow and provider requirements before launch; a generic API action is not a substitute for a tested native lifecycle integration.
