HubSpot AI Integration for Qualified Conversation Handoffs

Configure the native connection
Open Service Operations, choose CRM and select HubSpot. Enter the official API origin and a scoped access token. Credentials are encrypted on the server and excluded from saved connection views. Saving a credential creates a configured connection; it does not create a customer record or prove that the remote account can accept a write.
Review identity before synchronizing
This adapter creates or updates contacts using customer email. It maps recorded name, email, company and phone information where supported. Confirm those details in the source conversation, then authorize the sync or include it in an approved workflow. Required fields, expired tokens and provider validation rules can reject a write; a failure remains visible rather than being reported as a completed sync.
Understand the integration boundary
This release supports the described contacts operation. It does not provide a full HubSpot revenue automation suite: deals, opportunities, activities, custom field mapping, bidirectional event sync and automatic OAuth token refresh require further work. Renew credentials through the replacement-token control. Test the exact account permissions and customer workflow before enabling production operations.
Questions about HubSpot AI integration
Is this a native CRM adapter?
Yes, for the described contacts synchronization. Other CRM objects and lifecycle operations are outside this adapter release.
Does saving a token sync records?
No. A selected customer sync or an approved workflow run must explicitly perform the operation.
