Start from verified checkout evidence
Connect Shopify abandoned checkouts or WooCommerce classic checkout snapshots through the native store connection. Link the imported customer to a verified conversation before creating a recovery journey. The workflow uses current checkout records, not a simulated cart or a predicted purchase.
Approve and schedule permitted assistance
Record customer permission, select follow-up delays, and configure quiet hours, contact caps, and cooldowns. Messages require approval by default, with automatic sending available only when explicitly enabled. WhatsApp outside the service window requires an approved template and recorded channel opt-in.
